Is Reka Cosmetics cruelty-free ?

Yes. We live for lipstick and are serious about cosmetics—but we also really care about animals. That’s why we are a cruelty free makeup brand. We test our products on human volunteers, not animals.

Is Reka Cosmetics’ products safe ?

Yes, we believe health is wealth. We only use the finest ingredients on all of our products and our Product Development Lab is guided by the strictest standards to ensure our products perform safely on everyone’s skin. All of our products are registered in the National Agency of Drugs and Foods Control as known as Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).

How do I check my order ?

The best way to check on orders is by registering for a REKACOSMETICS.COM account before you shop. Once you’re signed up, you can stalk your purchases on the orders page. If guest checkout is more your scene, call 021-29557551 or email us at team@rekacosmetics.com to find out on your order.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Reka Cosmetics ?

At rekacosmetics.com, we understand how important security is to you. That’s why we always use protection on all our online platforms. When you place an online order with us, we encode your info using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date.
We also use government-approved encryption software to ensure that your order is placed safely and securely.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive ?

All packages ship via TIKI & JNE. The processing time for orders is 1 business day. After that, delivery time within Indonesia is 1-3 days varies on the shipping method you choose. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

What forms of payment does REKACOSMETICS.COM accept ?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), Bank transfer from All Major Indonesian Banks and Go-Pay.

I emailed your customer service team. When should i expect a response ?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

Do you offer returns ?

No. All sales are final. Please note, REKA Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at team@rekacosmetics.com with your inquiry.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Reka Cosmetics VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final. Therefore, please make sure you check all of the items before you make payment on your transaction.
